Logistics center

Products are prepared and dispatched from a logistics center located in the EU.
This third-party service provider is involved exclusively in the storage, packaging and dispatch of orders.
It is not involved at any stage in commercial decisions or customer relations.

Delivery zone

Products can be delivered worldwide.
Deliveries are made from the European Union, with tracking, via partner carriers.

Prices and VAT

The prices shown include the value added tax (VAT) applicable according to the end customer's country, collected via the OSS one-stop shop.
MY LITTLE VENDOME, LLC is not established in the European Union and acts under fiscal representation for its intra-Community sales.

Orders and payments

Payment is made online via credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.
The order is validated upon receipt of payment.
MY LITTLE VENDOME, LLC reserves the right to refuse any order in case of suspected fraud or previous dispute.

Returns and complaints

Customers have 14 days from receipt to return any unworn product in its original packaging.
The return address will be communicated by email depending on the customer's country.
No returns may be sent without prior authorization.
